@FreightAlley This industry is so crazy cyclical and each party abuses the other. Shippers are going to run all the capacity out of the market in the next 6 months. Next year when rates go up 25% they will be asking why. So stupid!

If a broker has received 1000+ one-star reviews and is still allowed to post on DAT's marketplace, it's fair to ask if DAT really cares about the well-being of the carriers that operate on their platform?

At some point, they need to have standards of acceptable behavior, even among their large brokerage clients.
