@RMPeterCollison #nomoremarking I have spent 9 hours so far marking 180 scripts- that works out at 3 minutes per judgement.
Just read a claim that we should make a judgement in 20 seconds.
I cannot read a script in 20 seconds.
I am seriously concerned about the integrity of this

Just interested in other's thoughts.
Spent a whole day comparing scripts, and found the whole process completely demoralising, frustrating,and despite claims to the contrary, very time- consuming.
I mark for AQA and can't see any benefit of this๐ค
@datazone The quality of the presentation of scripts is excellent, but making a decision of which script is the better one is not always easy, when they're of similar quality.
To ensure integrity, I have re-read several pairs of scripts to the point where I'm unsure of my own judgement ๐ค

Not sure what the student gets to see after we've ordered their responses, but I want to give feedback, and feel a vital element will be missing in this process.
Seeing the same scripts over and over affects my concentration
