Based on Starlight Athena's design on the Right side and an uncomplete BU blade on the other side.
Assist Blade: H - Hook can be use for Dual spin too.

CX - PhantomRazor - Balance Type
Like all the previous vers, this 3rd design also has Rubber gimmick on the M-Blade. The razor things are at the bottom, helping either smash or upper.
This time I'd like to reuse the A-Blade from Athena to combine with PR.
