@UnkleAyo@HeirsInsurance_@Heirs_Holdings Not true.
Sales officers earn as much as possible because it is both commission and allowance. Also, they can close businesses anywhere and only come to office once a week.
There are months I earn over 4M on a transaction. I earn with no restrictions.
@Neyoopt@jon_d_doe Now, imagine 8% of your salary every month for the number of years you've worked for. You can see that financial planning is a deliberate thing. You can Increase it though, but you need guidance obviously.
@Neyoopt@jon_d_doe Your pension not being much is as a result of your salary. If your salary was more, it'll surely be more. Also, are you aware that all this is because just 8% of your salary is deducted monthly into your pension account, and 10% contribution from your employer.
@Drey18055@EghuanSunday@emmydro@jon_d_doe You can either visit any PFA of your choice, or open an account with an insurance company for the sole purpose of security of funds. For advice on which to choose from, you can send a DM to get more explanation.
@MitchConstructs@jon_d_doe He's obviously an employee. Also, perhaps he added a voluntary contribution to his funds to make it grow this fast because with the percentage that's been deducted every month from his salary, to get to this figure, you must have gotten to almost the peak of your career. 😂
@Johnadeseewo@jon_d_doe You don't need evidence to show you sent out several job applications that ended with rejection before you can access the 25% before 50years of age. That's probably a fallacy.
What the law says is clear, and I'm sure the PRA 2014 is what the PFA follows as well.
@remi_oba@jon_d_doe No. Only about 25-50% can be paid as lumpsum, and the rest be used as monthly/quarterly pension in form of (PW or Annuity for life) as stated in the PRA 2014.
@ChizobaCynthia_@jon_d_doe That's to tell you it's either Agba is a Top executive at a big oil company or a Big FMCG, or he's catching a cruise.
I work in the pension sector, and only about 3-5% of Nigerian pensioners have above that figure. Talk more of someone still in service.
