@SW_Help evening. Unit 450088 has no working air conditioning and it's pretty dreadful on board. Guard has apologised and opened the connecting doors so nothing more he can do. Might be worth taking the unit out of service and fixing it. Thanks.

@swtrains_watch @SW_Help One issue on refunds. For those using a smart card they can tap in at Waterloo but then if they go down the line and have to end their journey early (i.e travelling to GOD but having to end the journey at GLD) their auto delay repay is incorrectly calculated.
