@extraspace Don’t go here. They raise rates whenever they want, they don’t alert customers until after the increase. I’m not in my storage unit a year and already had 3 rate increases. @extraspace

On month three it's very common for Extra Space Storage to raise your rates by 80%, 90% or more. And raise your rate again on month 6. Never ever Extra Space Storage

I have experienced this twice! Never ever use Extra Space Storage. These 'feel good' posts on their social media hides the fact they are the most customer hostile storage company in the business. Personal experience.

@extraspace No it isn't. Your after hours and emergency lines posted in a few of your storage locations are the old numbers of the companies you have bought out or acquired. These incorrect signs were up for months. I was stuck inside an ESS facility for hours.
