You’re all taking this way too literally. I’m talking about the psychology of people who default to following rules regardless of context versus people who evaluate the context first and decide accordingly. Outsourcing judgement vs trusting yourself. Not traffic laws. Keep up.
Bees are responsible for pollinating about one in three bites of the food we eat. They’re far more important to humans than any AI tool or data center.
Yes, I’ve spent over 3 years watching videos of children decapitated, burned alive, and babies starving to death. Yet I’m constantly told to prioritize antisemitism and the feelings of those responsible for these horrors.
This. Discord never said that they will back down completely. They said they will revisit it later in the year.
We are later in the year. It's time for round two. Push back by not giving them money, not doing quests and look at other options. It worked last time so hit back hard
Leftists: "Moderate Dems" are basically just Republicans
"Moderate Dems": How dare you say that!
Leftist: We should run candidates who oppose gen*cide instead of supporting it
"Moderate Dems": Then we'll vote Republican!
Feminism didn’t die because of sex workers; it died because some women would rather drag other women down than admit they’re secretly jealous of the freedom they’ll never have.
'nobody grows up wanting to be a SWer' mmm I absolutely did. I thought glamorous escorts and centerfolds were the coolest women alive. I liked being friendly and finding out you could get paid for that? sold!
we didn’t all internalize the shame around female sexuality 🥰
Imagine going to a car dealership and asking the cost of a car you want to order. The dealer tells you $2500. You pay it, thinking "what a great deal". Then, before you go in to pick it up, you get a text or an email saying the manufacturer is owed $25,000 and must be paid before you go in to pick it up. You think "well, I thought the $2500 was too good a deal" and you pay it. The car is delivered, and you go home. Three months later, you get a bill from the guy who transported your vehicle to the dealership saying you owe them $3,000 for delivering the vehicle. Then a month later another $2,000 bill from the guy who installed the tires. Then another $1,000 from the guy who put the oil in the car. And on and on. If you don't pay a bill, your credit is destroyed. THAT is the American Health System today.
Microsoft just:
> Backed up an important file on OneDrive, without asking, with a size over my capacity
> Refused to let me use Excel without deleting excess OneDrive capcity
> Deleted that important file from my PC when I removed it from OneDrive
This is computer terrorism
