The days that followed were numbing and quite frankly a fucking blur. The funeral came and went and I still refused to believe that that was it. That I wouldn't hear her calling me daddy, or giggle, or laugh, or even cry. @FuckYeahMasen was keeping his distance after I busted (c)
Without even thinking it over, I text her instead and send...
‘Hey, Lilly. Long time no talk. If you’re able to later call me again. I’ll answer, promise.’
Hitting send, I set the phone back down and run a hand down my face. Holy shit.. I might get to really talk to her again.
long ago made that hard. Memories of a childhood filled with small giggles, huge smiles and a bountiful of pinky promises that passed with time.
The ending of the message brings me back to the now and as I think about my next move, I already know what I’m going to do. (c)
sounding slightly unsure. My mind is running a mile a minute. It’s been a very long time since I’d last seen Lilly let alone even spoken to her and this is unexpected.

Reaching out, I grab it from the nightstand and drag it under the covers with me.
Squinting against the brightness of the screen, (c)
more minutes of dreamless sleep. I was on a much needed break and I just desperately wanted to be left alone. Briefly cracking open an eye, a loud disgruntled groan leaves me because fuck, the sun was too bright for this early and of course I get hit with the sun right over (c)
really wasn’t giving two shits at the moment. I needed my blissful sleep but seems I wasn’t fated for that today. The birds were singing and in the distance dogs were barking. Sounds of life from outside filtered in through my cracked window and all I wanted was a few more (c)
Incoming SL in response to @EpicPebbles
After having been out the night before, my ass was now dead to the world. The stench of the liquor from the night before lingered in my covers, on my clothes and permeated the air around my room. I knew that I had to get up but I (c)
