@BurgerKing this was the Burger King in mount Juliet, TN on Lebanon road. I actually use to work there and it saddens me to see how the service has went down hill UNACCEPTABLE

@BurgerKing ordered a whopper jr meal no onion and got a whopper jr with ketchup lettuce and mayo and all food including fries were cold . Went back through drive thru and told them and employee was completely rude
