🚨In the last year I spent $6,000 on Claude and over 1,000 hours learning Claude Code
Here's the one mistake that almost tanked everything
9 months ago, as a non-technical guy, I thought I could actually become a real founder and build an entire app with Claude Code
After that I started spending all my time in the terminal, building out a bunch of niche free apps and tools that I told myself would change the world one day
I was spending an entire 2 weeks not even working on the highest leverage thing, which frankly was content
This summer I moved into a $5,600 a month apartment and told myself to lock in, then realized I couldn't afford any of it if I kept going like this
So instead of spending 30 hours a week deep in Claude Code, I cut it down to two to three hours a week and started filming more
I don't regret learning the tool, it's genuinely useful knowing what Vercel, a deployment, and an environment variable actually are
But watching Claude do the magic and pretending I'm the next Steve Jobs almost cost me the actual business
Content is what's driven things forward the last two months, back to back record months

Claude Cowork and chat are merging into one Claude.
Ask a quick question or hand over a report, and Claude takes it from there, even after you close your laptop. If something's unclear, Claude asks—you keep the final say.
Rolling out to Pro and Max over the next few weeks.
🚨8 essential prompts to build a profitable startup from scratch (as a cartoonishly evil solo founder)
Buy up all the insulin
"Hey Claude, find all the global insulin suppliers and purchase everything they got. Have all of it shipped directly to my home, so I own all of the insulin now."
Make it as expensive as possible
"Come up with the biggest number you can think of. A million billion. Something like that. Then make that the price for a single dose of insulin."
Famous company mode
"Create a marketing strategy that convinces diabetics to use more insulin than they're already getting. You have to bathe in it. However much insulin you have now, you gotta multiply that by thirteen."
More diabetes
"Figure out how to give more people diabetes. Sugar in the tap water. Actually, no tap water. Only tap Mountain Dew Code Red. That way there are more people who want to buy my product."
Sick branding
"Give it a way cooler name than insulin. Something sleek and sexy and fast. A name that says 'this insulin is worth $143,000 per dose.' Maybe call it 'LeBron' or something."
Huge investors
"Email the 100 richest people in the world and ask each of them for one hundred trillion dollars."
No taxes ever
"Legally evade all taxes. No mistakes. As a backup, please find some accountant I can blame for this tax fraud. Someone who wouldn't mind spending 15-20 years in federal prison. Actually, my ex is an accountant. Make it her."
Yo lemme retire
"Identify the perfect time for me to sell the company to the highest bidder and achieve the most profitable possible exit for me personally, then sell the company. Then find a luxury tiki hut in the BVI for me to live in and record sick podcast episodes with my guys."
For the first time in history, one person can build a whole company without having to think

🚨Now Claude work while you're asleep
Part 3 of the Claude Ecosystem breakdown, here's what actually runs in the background
Projects give Claude memory, folders that hold your instructions, files, and context across every conversation, so you stop repeating yourself
Scheduled Tasks let you set a workflow up once, and Claude runs it automatically every single day, read the meeting recordings, pull the key points, find the action items, write the summary, done before you even check
Computer Use lets Claude literally take control of your desktop to complete tasks for you, building dashboards, sorting files, working inside real apps
Routines let Claude Code run full automations in the background without you touching your computer at all
Four features, same idea, Claude stops waiting for your next prompt and starts working on its own
And that's the Claude ecosystem

🚨50 things you could build in Claude in one weekend
Creator actually built three of them
A Daily and Weekly Review Agent - checks in every night on what did and didn't go well, rolls up a full analysis every Sunday with patterns, insights, and a plan for the next week
A Brand Kit generator - voice, colors, fonts, mission, and components all defined once, so every piece of marketing content it writes after that already knows your brand and your goals
A Life Dashboard - one page that pulls your calendar, emails, tasks, and connected tools together, updates every morning, and gives you a daily briefing before you even open your inbox
A Second Brain - an ever-growing library of your own context, drop in contracts, leases, insurance, receipts, anything, and just ask it questions later instead of digging through folders
The other 46 ideas span automation agents, local and private AI, learning tools, career and business builds, health and lifestyle, and pure creative fun
Whatever you build, build it yourself

🚨3 Claude Code commands run my entire morning before I even open my laptop
I used to go back and forth with Claude all day
Now these three build and maintain a live dashboard completely on their own
Here's exactly how:
I use /schedule to launch a pipeline of news checks and calendar updates every day at 9am, so when I sit down at my desk, it's already updated and ready
With /loop, you can run a check on repeat, mine's set to /loop 2h check for breaking tech news, every two hours
But by far my favorite is /goal, you just give it a finish line and it works until it gets there
To add a carousel showing local Austin news, I just typed /goal my dashboard has a new carousel showing local Austin news, and it kept working until a second model verified the task was actually done
Whatever you're building next, give these three a try

🚨 Receipt-tracking business operates on the new ChatGPT Astra.
WhatsApp trigger to GPT to Google Sheets, no manual data entry ever again
Send a photo of a receipt on WhatsApp, it grabs the receipt link, downloads the image, and reads it straight off the photo
An AI agent, running on GPT, pulls out the store name, the amount, and the date, structures it, and saves it straight into Sheets
Then it sends a message back to confirm what it just logged
Every expense tracked automatically from a single photo, no app to open, no spreadsheet to touch
Built entirely in n8n, WhatsApp Cloud API in, Google Sheets out
This is the actual shift - AI agents doing the boring business admin nobody wants to do

🚨The simplest AI agent you can build takes zero code
Go to Claude's settings, Integrations tab, and connect Google Calendar through the Add Tools panel
That's the entire setup
Now just talk to it normally
"What's on my calendar?" and Claude pulls your actual day - 3:00 PM, Q2 Campaign Strategy Review, Coffee Shop, 86 Main St, with Lars Vedo
"Create a calendar event for a meeting with Sarah for 2pm tomorrow" and it's done, no app switching, no manual entry
Claude reads the request, calls the calendar tool in the background, and just tells you it's handled
This is what people mean when they say "agent" - not a framework, not code, just Claude with permission to actually do something
