We’re bringing awareness to eating for eating disorders and disordered eating and will be spreading self love and body positivity through this year’s theme - #SeeTheChange and #BeTheChange
Recovery days are just as important as training days‼️
Keep your fueling & hydration schedule as consistent as possible, as well as getting adequate sleep!
Hydration is 🔑 to performance, so watch out for how much coffee you’re consuming! Large doses can have a diuretic effect that could lead to dehydration during exercise.

Need a snack before bed? Reach for a protein-rich item to help enhance muscle recovery, increase lean body mass & strength, increase satiety & decrease morning hunger💪
