My first 3 Michelin star experience, when I couldn't finish the 14th course (very little) they asked me if everything was ok. I told them why my appetite isn't what it used to be. They waived the bill. I was very touched. There are more good people than bad people out there
We lost beautiful Grace on Saturday, less than a year after she was diagnosed with #Glioblastoma. She was only 12 & deserved so much better.
Brain tumours kill more children & adults <40 than any other cancer but receive 2% of funding.

I kept a diary of Charlotte’s cancer I cry because I don’t think I could have been as brave as she was. Faced with death at such a young age. I’m so proud to call you my daughter x
