@aratakipilled @Arivodkaa @AboutSnezhnaya not really, mizuki skill still work while using the ult animation so you dont stop her skill anemo aplication, and since mizuki basically do nothing while floating using her burst only benefits her, even more in stellar swirl teams now since it likes more cryo swirl

- continuos heal scales with mizuki EM but its really low, but mizuki receives 2x of her healing
- active char only (unless c4)
- only if active is less 70% hp (unless c4)

@Arivodkaa @AboutSnezhnaya yes, its good to lv up the burst but u dont need to crown it, lv6 or 8 is enough the only thing u get when it levels is more healing

@Arivodkaa @AboutSnezhnaya more anemo aplication, and since stellar swirl reaction damage is base on the number of cryo swirl trigged in the 3seg flame its really important that mizuki bursts. Also in f2p stella swirl teams she is the only healer

@sirenprince2 @AboutSnezhnaya I mean, theres baizhu, zhongli, ororon, thoma. Still Valeriy is so main dps coded, it would be such a waste for him to be t4. Theres too much detail in the character and a grand portion of the trailer is focusing him fighting Alyosha.
