Another absolutely great day in the Performance Arts faculty. Orchestra was amazing at lunch time - huge progress made towards our Christmas concert 🎄 the 2-hr after school rehearsal for Scheherezade was intense, but equally brilliant... such a BIG sound created by the cast! 🎶

Now our Year 5 pupils have had half a term to settle in, we introduced them to their 1st singing assembly today - this is now part of their school week. They sang really well with lots of enthusiasm. It's so wonderful to see the singing culture embedded early on! #jointhejourney

A wonderful 'wonderland' created during lunch by Show Choir. Also, great to see more Y5 joining us, proving that music is enjoyed together across all year groups at Fulbrook! Christmas music has been started (yes, in October, but we only have 6 rehearsals until the concert!)

Teaching... a career built upon those special, priceless moments. Today, a Y8 group provided just that! They've worked really hard this term on developing ensemble skills, reading bass notation and keeping a steady pulse, however, today, they did it! Proud! #jointhejourney
