It's a tough position currently, Muniz scores and plays well Wednesday there is a world where he starts but then you have to ask would dropping GG not just make his confidence issues worse. Big decisions for AA do you persist and hope GG plays through the slump or do you twist and bring Muniz in.

We've improved massively since the start of the season defensively. Affenbauer has come in & in 5 PL games we've conceded 3 goals. As a collective we are so much more compact since the Palace game. Just need to find that clinical edge now.

I'm not saying the changes aren't the main reason, I'm saying Affengruber's recovery pace on that day could have prevented that gap being so big for the lb to exploit. Of course it's all hindsight now now as we'll never know. AA and his team deserve the credit for making the changes. Onwards and upwards from here hopefully 🙏🏻

Agree to disagree, the gap between Andersen and Timmy was way to big that day, yes AA has made some changes but I personally think Affengruber's recovery pace alone would have prevented that gap being exploited so much. The other Change was the double pivot rather than single Which again AA & Carmona deserve credit for.

Agreed & I've been saying we need to be more clinical but every good side is built on a solid foundation & we seem to have found that. 3 goals conceded in 5 PL games. A GD of only -2 is not relegation stats. Once we start taking our chances we will be fine & until then clean sheets mean we always have a chance.

There will be tougher games & opponents for sure so I'm not getting carried away! but winning breeds confidence & it's a surefire way to get everyone pulling in the same direction. Backing up today with a win midweek will take us into the that Villa game full of confidence we can get something. Lost 1 in 6 now and hopefully things are on the up. COYW 💪🏻🖤🤍
