@JagexAsh Man that's really disheartening, last time this happened it was not me and they asked questions about when I was last on. This time the appeal was almost immediate with no questions.

@JagexSupport I've been banned again, for the same reason as last time and I wasn't even playing. I don't use hacks on RuneScape, I probably only play once or twice A year and I'm tired of coming back to the game banned. How do I remedy this? Last time it happened you guys squashed it.
