@MandarSawant184 Lots of fake currencies started arriving from 2007-08 onwards. People near the power centre or network bought the land with that fake currencies & that's how the circle of unprecedented price rise started. Stock market & global factors helped to push it a little too long

@GeoPolDenier @canthinkofuname If u r talking about the last 10-12 years I fully agree. But from the mid 90's to 2014 till Modi it was way ahead in power, road, water etc. Delivery of the municipal system was very nice. Was expecting the same by Modi in the center but he failed badly
