@WhiskeyNick95 thats what happens when the whole league is owned by one guy. He hasn’t lost a thing, his expansion team is getting stars on year one.
Ottawa is already established, in his eyes its better that Ottawa sucks for a year or two and his expansion teams do well on year one.
@clahanna there’s one owner for the entire league. If you were in their shoes wouldn’t you set it up so all your expansion team have stars on year 1?Ott-Tor-MTL are established, a bad season or two won’t affect the fan support. But an expansion team that sucks would just be an embarrassment
@ShackTS Spence is fine in the 5 spot. He can move up and down as required and fill in on the power play.
A big top 4 right handed D would help this D core reach a whole new level.
A true top 6 forward should be the priority
@PinoPasqua1@LalimesMartian@alexadamsBTP_@NationSens Sure,Im not arguing that sens are ahead in their rebuild lol, still doesn’t change the fact that this year Ottawa was the best playoff matchup with their 3 topD either out or playing with one leg or one arm lol (and 5 out 7 injured)Dobes is the only guy that showed up for montreal
@PinoPasqua1@LalimesMartian@alexadamsBTP_@NationSens Go back and watch every game of both series lol There’s no way Montreal was a better match up, anyone with a minimum of half a brain cell could figure that one out lol
@PinoPasqua1@LalimesMartian@alexadamsBTP_@NationSens look again bud lol the Sens went into the playoffs in rough shape.they were no where near well rested.Habs got a win because Carolina was off for 15 days and came out a little rusted the first game. Carolina completely dominated MTL, the 2 OT game was all on Dobec, he kept em in.
@LalimesMartian@alexadamsBTP_@NationSens the only reason why montréal didn’t get swept is Carolina coming out flat after 15 days straight of not playing playoff hockey. which is expected, especially when they were playing a team that jump straight from a game 7.
Ottawa at least competed all 4 games they played 🤷🏻♂️
@MarcNixon24 one of these thing is has been known for years now. The other is only a few months old and roughly the same amount of time that lost in investment has spiked🤔
I wonder which on is which
@EricLDaugh Maine being a border state, and a pretty small economy is disproportionately affected by Trump’s tariffs. It’s normal that republicans are struggling in that state.
@Dfildebrandt a clear majority is 50%+1 if the turnout is 100% of eligible voters.
If Alberta only gets a 30-40% turn out, I can see where Carney’s argument comes from. Since 60-70% would not have casted a vote.
