Did you know that snails do not have ears? Snails have the ability to feel vibrations in the ground, but they are unable to hear. However, snails can still see, taste, touch, and even smell!

Also, I am aware that some of you found snails having such a large amount of teeth concerning. Do not worry! Their teeth are very tiny.

Despite sometimes having over 20,000 teeth, snails do not have jaws. Instead, Snails eat with their radula, allowing them to "scrape" their food, instead of chewing their food!

That's very interesting! In fact, as I left university today (at ~7.30pm) I saw a snail making its way across the path. When I came back (~7.40pm) it had curled up for a short rest. I hope it's finished its journey now.
