The mode lacks depth. Too much focus on the playground game modes. Power creep keeps getting worse, especially when you factor in added HOF badges.

As for gameplay, I like it…but most don’t because it’s hard and you have to play smart. Hate to be the guy that says it…but there are a lot of dummies who play this game like they are 7 years old and expect to be rewarded for making bad decisions and taking awful shots.

Let’s be honest though…most of these childish 2K players don’t care. They just want a dumbed down, low skill game where it’s easy to shoot. They love the ego boost.

Mike Wang and 2K should have been more upfront with information like this on the depth added to the game.

Problem again is low IQ players who just want the same rating, same timing on every shot they take.

Just need to give us different places to play. Let the arcade guys have their place and the more realistic players have their place. Simple solution.

Not my take at all. The mode is just easy and the power creep moves ridiculously fast. Not sure what’s interesting about that.

Can we just admit all MyTeam players care about is getting hands on OP cards as quickly as possible and getting to ridiculous, cheesy endgame cards in 60 days or less?

No one wants a challenge or depth. Have fun playing other dudes with the exact same teams and cars with 40 HoF badges each on them. Good times, I’m sure.

Or give us a place in MyTeam where some strategy is involved. Last year was Salary Cap, but the comps and creators cried…so 2K ruined it in 2K27 and made it a Limitef Time mode.

And…are you also saying “don’t play” to the tens of thousands complaining about gameplay rn?

What’s so wrong about adding depth and strategy to MyTeam…just a little? They added brainless, low IQ modes. What about a little something for those of us with IQs over 75?
