In a dilemma and looking to see what you would do.

Have a nice celebration planned at a very very very expensive Newport Coast hotel pool on Saturday.

Hosting about 20 close friends and was looking forward to drinking, eating, and swimming with everyone.

Now there is a storm coming, clouds maybe some rain.

Other options are hosting at restaurant or at home.

What would you do?

Hot take: NJ has better food than NY

Beautiful trip to wrap up summer. ( Yes it’s still summer).

Martinis at Dante. Boca in the Faena was delicious as well.

City was buzzin’

We stayed in SoHo and spent a majority of our time in west village. No city compares to NY for me in terms of vibes and energy.

Feeling super motivated. We are expanding our footprint in the tri-state area. Over the past 3 months, majority of our originations have come from NJ & NY.

I’m very bullish on the east coast.

Denied a deal today. Sucks

But client said he has 700 credit. We run the deal, waiting for him to provide ITIN so we can pull credit. In the meantime we order appraisal and it gets paid.

Credit comes back today 546.

Why lie? Are we not going to find out? Proceeded to say he is going to do a “ rapid rescore” and there is a lender who is ready to finance him.

Told him good luck. Give me the name of the lender so I can apply there for a job.
