@CharityHourUK @BlackbaudEurope Slow cookers save the day, every time! My Amazon Echo can contol my house lights to the right brightness for Zoom calls. I’m now amazing friends with neighbours because I’m around to accept parcels. I’ve discovered fake collars so I don’t have to wear formal shirts at home!

@CharityHourUK @BlackbaudEurope Someone explained the ‘Give & Get’ framework to me this week - we give our colleagues autonomy, support, home working equipment, flexible hours, flexible locations & no question duvet days - in return we get happy, committed, retained staff who want to be with us #charityhour

@CharityHourUK @BlackbaudEurope We have a work-anywhere policy that enables us to work where we choose, as long as the requirements of the job get done. Clearly, sometimes that work has to be delivered in the community or take place at a specific service location - but computer/phone stuff can happen anywhere.
