It was a fantastic day of sharing & learning,
with almost 100 fundraisers coming together in-person and online to discuss their successes, challenges & future plans.
5. Don't be afraid to admit when something isn't working. @friends_earth found Google Discovery wasn't working for them but CPAs were too high and volumes were too low.
4. Audience insight is key. @friends_earth used surveys on YouGov for example to tailor campaigns and products. Prioritise towards what your audiences want to see on the channels you're using.
