Ever wondered what restoring fungal biodiversity looks like in action? We could tell you, but we thought it would be better to show you.
Check out our recent photo essay, where we document our last inoculation of the season in Evans, Louisiana.

And that's a wrap! Funga's 2024 inoculation has been an exciting time to see how smoothly our operations can scale. Our year-round rigorous testing and planning paid off, allowing us to inoculate millions of seedlings across multiple nurseries over a two week period.
Over the next few months these seedlings and their healthy soil microbiomes will be planted with our land partners all across the Southeastern U.S., and start creating positive outcomes for tree growth and carbon capture.
One of the most powerful selling points of our work has been the inherent capacity to scale quickly, and we're making it happen in real time.
Huge thanks to our crew onsite in Georgia! π«Ά π²
Week one of Funga's 2024 inoculation is in the books!
Last year we inoculated 1 Million seedlings at one nursery location, and we are thrilled to report that this year we are inoculating multiple millions across multiple nurseries.
TOMORROW we will be hearing from Dr. Jennifer M. Bhatnagar, Associate Professor of Biology at Boston University, as a part of our quarterly speaker series. The talk is online and all are welcome, we hope you join us!

With a better understanding of the value inherent in natural resources, what the report calls "Natural Capital", investment and innovation can build towards a global economy that preserves instead of exploits these valuable natural resources.
NEXT WEEK is the third installment in our speaker series, this time with Dr. Jennifer M. Bhatnagar, Associate Professor of Biology at Boston University. We are looking forward to hearing from her and we hope you'll join us on October 3rd! https://t.co/lmgRAubaab
