Anyone else end up with really badly made Pop Yourself from @FunkoEurope ? Parts not attached correctly & glue residue all over Pop. Really awful quality control and huge disappointment.
@AmazonUK just experienced some really poor support on live chat from Customer Service reps who showed absolutely no care or understanding for the day I have wasted waiting for a no show delivery. Very disappointed and @Amazon should be better than this.
@AmazonHelp Furthermore, you can see the van location on the tracker in your street and actually see the delivery person from your window visiting other addresses at 2:30pm yet they canโt deliver in a reasonable time.
@AmazonHelp This expectation that @AmazonHelp seem to have that customers have got nothing better to do than wait for deliveries is laughable. What is the point in paying for Prime and then tracking saying you are the next stop yet 8 hours later still no parcel.
@SamsungUK@Samsung have demonstrated the poorest level of customer service I have ever experienced. Cold, dismissive, vague and generally not interested in trying to help resolve issue. Expect much better from a company of this size. Awful customer care.
