@cineworld paid for 4 tickets - screen picture terrible. Like a 70s tv. Washed out/faded. Complained via email & phone - told projector bulb changed the next day so you admitted a problem. No compensation offered because I emailed & didn’t inform staff at cinema. Disgusting
