Meet the Chief Executive Officer of Maserati Dealership in Bryanston; Sandton, Bruce Zungu.

Bruce Zungu entered into an agreement with Mzwandile Jamela who had previously been a client of Bruce Zungu when he purchased a Maserati. The agreement was for Mzwandile Jamela to rent his Maserati to Bruce Zungu otherwise the dealership for R40 000 per month.

Mzwandile Jamela's car was to be used by the dealership for display purposes only with Mzwandile Jamela only having access to his car on weekends.

While Mzwandile Jamela was happy with this deal and unsuspecting, Bruce Zungu forged ownership documents of Mzwandile Jamela's car and presented the fabricated ownership documents to ABSA when he was trying to secure a loan.

Upon failure to settle his loan with the bank, ABSA repossessed Mzwandile Jamela's Maserati not knowing that they were also duped by Bruce Zungu into making them believe that the car was his meanwhile the rightful owner is Mzwandile Jamela.

Mzwandile Jamela is seeking to recover his car before it is auctioned by the bank.
