@DJUK61212471 250g strong flour '00', 1 tblsp salt, sugar and baking powder. Combine with 150ml warm water. Allow to prove for 1 hour. Shape in tray and brush with oil sprinkle salt, fennel etc. Bake 180 for roughly 25mins.
The above is a basis for DIY pizza too.
