What if one tool could replace almost every app you use to run your business?

Here is what I learned:

✅ GHL is an all-in-one CRM platform. Contacts, SMS, email marketing, calendars, landing pages, funnels, websites, forms, invoicing, pipelines, membership sites, social media scheduling. All in one place.

✅ The Conversations inbox lets you track WhatsApp, email, and SMS messages without leaving the platform. One inbox. Every channel.

✅ The Calendar is solid. You and your client can both book appointments, choose a venue, and you can create different calendars for different purposes.

✅ You need at least one contact or team member on the account before you can create a calendar event. You cannot assign an event to nobody.

✅ Smart Lists help you organise your contacts and attach tags. Clean, structured, searchable.

✅ Contact imports must be in CSV format. Not CSV? Convert it first.

✅ If your import file has an error, data migration will not go through. GHL tells you exactly what is wrong. Fix it, then try again.

The more I explore this tool the more I understand why so many businesses run entirely on it.
