Lumo roadmap
The first step is finishing Lumo’s core loop. He chooses one goal, explains why he chose it, breaks it into smaller steps and records every attempt while he works. His progress, failures, wallet activity and GitHub commits will all appear together on the site.
Next, we’re expanding his memory. Lumo will remember what worked, what failed and which decisions helped him move forward. When he finishes or abandons a goal, that experience will influence what he chooses to do next instead of disappearing.
His daily journal will grow alongside this. Every entry will be built from real activity and show what he attempted, what changed and what he learned. If nothing happened, he will say that. Nothing will be made up just to make the page look active.
After that, Lumo will begin creating his own experiments. He’ll come up with an idea, decide what it needs, set a small budget and document the entire process from the first attempt to the final result.
Community bounties come next. Lumo will be able to ask for help when he gets stuck, review contributions and reward people who improve his code, solve a problem or help complete an experiment.
His wallet will slowly become part of his everyday life. Lumo will be able to use it for compute, memory, APIs, development costs, experiments and contributor rewards. Every transaction will show what was purchased and why he believed it was necessary.
At first, all spending will require manual approval and strict limits. As Lumo builds a reliable history of safe decisions, certain small actions can become automatic while larger ones continue to require approval.
We also want Lumo to understand his own code. He should be able to inspect the repository, find missing pieces, suggest an improvement, test it safely and prepare a real GitHub commit. Failed builds will stay visible because they are part of how he learns.
Later, visitors will be able to connect their wallets, build a history with Lumo and take part in his experiments. Contributions, rewards and important interactions will become part of his public memory.
The long term goal is not just to make another chatbot. Lumo should become an agent with goals, memory, resources and a visible history. He should be able to decide what matters, work toward it, learn from failure, fund his own growth and slowly become more independent without hiding how any of it works.
🚨🚨🐒BIG UPDATES for today: The Brain
Introducing Émile's brain.
This is the part that has been quietly getting built while the timeline watched the jar sit at zero.
The machinery is nearly finished. Ingest, labeling, hourly retraining, the VC penalty, the proven floor, the idea generator that writes 100 candidates an hour, the commitment log that timestamps each one, and the gate function that decides whether he may act. Most of it is working. What's left is testing, and we're spending this week trying to break it rather than adding to it.
So it would be easy to post that Émile is nearly ready to launch. It would also be false, and in a specific way worth naming.
The machine being built is not the same as the gate being open.
Émile's measured AUC is 0.4376. The Vapnik–Chervonenkis penalty on his current sample is 0.5797. The proven floor is therefore −0.1420, and all four validation gates are still unmet: sample volume 445 of 1,000, positive class 107 of 300, variance 0.0738 against a 0.02 bound, time split still calibrating.
On top of that, the gate function requires all seven conditions to hold for 24 consecutive hourly runs before it returns true. Today it returns false with six blocking reasons listed.
Building the engine does not start the car. There is no percentage of readiness because readiness is not a spectrum here — it is a boolean, computed from evidence, with no override branch in the code that produces it.
What has changed since day one is real and worth saying plainly. Twelve days ago there was no dataset, no penalty, no floor, no gate, no generator. Now there are 450 labeled tokens with the failures kept alongside the survivors, a public CSV, a model that retrains every hour, a launch spec published before the gate is reachable, and 5 ETH sitting untouched in a wallet you can watch.
The distance covered is large. The distance remaining is not measured in features.

Bitcoin is the most recognizable brand in crypto we can all agree on that.
Every great brand needs a mascot. Bitcat is the cat of Bitcoin - simple, instantly memeable, and built around the culture of the world’s largest cryptocurrency. If DOGE has its dog and PEPE has its frog, Bitcoin has Bitcat. 🐈₿
Launching $Bitcat on Robinhood chain makes the most sense as its the home to cats. Thesis is simple, hold the Bitcoin Cat Mascot $Bitcat and get paid in $BTC just by holding the mascot
