160 dead, 300 wounded and counting. One of the worst attacks in recent times—and we’ve had quite a lot of these tragedy in the last decade.

Points to note for those at the back:

1. The Gaza & Palestines activists in Nigeria, who have used the opportunity to push agenda and tag Nigerian Christians stupid have been really quiet about this tragedy that has happened right at their backyard.

2. This brutal carnage happened on Christmas Eve, when locals were already in festive mood. This has now become a norm, as people now anticipate at least one of these violent attacks on Christian communities during Christmas Celebration.

Finally, you’ll be a stupid person if you ever let anyone gaslight you to think that Christians are not being persecuted in Nigeria—a lot more than anywhere else in the world. Open your eyes, pay attention, the systemic displacement is real.
