@TradocDCG 2013 post deployment from AFG - all soldiers mandatory 3x 30 min sessions for 3 months with MFLC - helpful start to destigmatizing BH. Currently in USAREC and just fin MRT. Should be mandatory for SC's to get BH visits. It would help keep leaders functioning at highest lvls
