@amazonIN @AmazonHelp @AmitAgarwal I had a conversation with Thomas and Amisha to refund a duplicate canon ink refill. Thomas informed they don't take remorse refund and to give away the refill to someone if I cannot use it, knowing, this refill will void my printer warranty.

@AmazonHelp Lovely! You guys call it remorse return! I'm not remorsing over it. I'm really disgusted and frustrated by your service. The ink shows up in prime and 1st option when you search Canon 790 ink in search box. Canon brand doesn't even support this ink. I bought the printer from you.
