Although this year has had an incredibly unfortunate number of low points, I'd like to catch up on some of the highs.
On February 6th, I welcomed Roan and Frankie to the sanctuary, brothers with cerebellar hypoplasia. They're my second and third wobblers here at the sanctuary ๐
Jensen had a prepuce prolapse today that needed repaired. One sedation and suture later, and we're back home! If you'd like to donate to Jensen's remaining bill, all donation options can be found in our bio ๐
Oakland was intentionally shot by a family member of her previous owner at 6 months old, leaving her paralyzed and incontinent. Now she needs her back leg and possibly her tail amputated. Surgery is $600 and scheduled for tomorrow morning.

his own little house without human interference. Only relying on a human for food, nothing else, has done WONDERS for who he is as a dog.

Dozer is here at the sanctuary so he isn't euthanized for his aggression. In general, he's a pretty good boy, and outside in his Dozey Suite, he is a MUCH happier dog! We haven't had a single indication of aggression since he's been outside, able to come and go to and from
Gobstopper is in OHIO and needs a foster by Monday or she'll be PTS.
She has a little resource guarding and needs a committed person to help her work through it. Help save a life!
