@Google Does your Ask Photos tool break when you ask it too much like your Google Play "live" chat customer support agents that have obviously been outsourced to Google AI? Spoke with 4 "live" "agents" the past few days and this was the interaction that pushed me to being 99% sure you do

@GooglePlay I've been troubleshooting for days & contacted support multiple times, the most recent of which made me feel like Google outsources its customer support to AI chatbots, or only allows its support "agents" enough agency to use prerecorded replies. Any comment on that? Pics for ref

@GooglePlay The error message is OR-HDT-01, one that commonly seems to have a long turnover time from Google support doing anything to help in a timely manner from other users' reports on the error/issue, and holding people's money for weeks or months with no explanation is unacceptable.

@GooglePlay I loaded 3 GP cards (2x $25, 1 $15) I received for xmas on my 10yr+ old Google account, that redeemed and spent GP balance within the last 3 weeks and my balance was frozen and Google live chat customer support has been zero help in resolving the matter.

@GooglePlay Can DM me also bc of character limit, but I've contacted CS multiple times to get my GP balance unfrozen & been told the same reply each time about how there's nothing they can do and to sit and wait to access the money I gave to Google to make purchases with 3rd party companies.

@GooglePlay Insane how directly contacting CS ends with being told 'sit and wait' while trying to purchase stuff for a limited presale event using my GP balance that ends tomorrow, and how Google doesn't even do phone call customer support any more.

@GooglePlay I pick the 3 where Google Play doesn't freeze my Play balance over my decade old Google account loading 3 Play gift cards I received for the holidays in the span of a few days, and 3 CS chat agents giving me the same canned responses as every other post with the same issue.
