A comparison someone made ironically helps me ilustrate what I mean because the pal just kinda has a big head and eyes which make it look silly

For the body, it feels a bit more of a squished version of Kyogre's even if it's more closely resembling the body of an actual whale
On the other hand. The eyes on the original design are way more cartoony
