@Pizzachan504 It's been really cathartic to talk about my bipolar but the response so fat has been great - lots of DMs from people saying they felt understood and seen. That means everything

3) I'm trying to channel a lot of this and similar bipolar experiences into a new podcast I'm planning, but for now it seems I have to give myself even a day or two FROM EVERYTHING to stop my brain overloading. My bucket was full months ago and the pour-in hasn't stopped.
1) Burnout is so real. I try to wear many hats - bookstore manager, writer, podcaster, Twitch streamer et al - and I push as hard as I can because it's the only way I'll ever get out of the drudgery of retail work into a creative, fulfilling space. But burnout -
2) -esp with bipolar in the mix - makes that sustained push to excel with those creative pursuits add to the burnout. It's why I haven't been on Twitch again for a while. My mental health has been suffering as I try to wear my many hats.
