@hill_jowett Er.... we did. As a manager in one of the top stores, we did try to limit consoles to one per customer and used the reward cards to track it.

The issue is that like everything, they find a way past it. I speak only at a store level, not for online.

@Toadsanime Think it was Feb for announced administration with all of us closed on the 11th March with redundancy for all remaining staff on the 16th. I could fish out my admin paperwork to confirm when we had the announcement.

A lot of folks have asked why I jumped into the #SaveStargate campaign.

Truth is, this was never about how many episodes I appeared in.

It was about supporting friends, standing behind a cast and crew I respect and recognizing one of the most passionate fan communities out there. The Stargate universe has meant a great deal to a lot of people for a very long time.

When people care that deeply about something and work that hard to keep it alive, I’m happy to lend my voice.

@MichaelShanks Gutted :( Me and my Mum watched SG1 when it first aired and been watching again from the very beginning. We were both excited for a new series to look forward too.

@Toadsanime :( As someone recently made redundant from two decades at GAME from administration, I can understand how tough it is.

Hopefully, through notice period and redundancy packages, that can help alleviate some financial pressure.
