Faithfulness is proven in repetition.
To preach the same Message, to pray the same burden, to shepherd the same people without weariness of heart this is a labor few endure.
Yet it is the path of those approved by GOD.
A faithful Minister does not seek new assignments to escape old responsibilities. He abides with what has been committed to him until the LORD Himself releases him.
I just randomly remembered I was introduced to Michael Porter's "How Competitive Forces Shape Strategy" listening to the first release of Power by @kanyewest -it was too intense a discovery for my mind the music and the seminal work at the same time.
Elon Musk is attempting something extraordinary. Not just building another company. He is building the largest AI training cluster in the world. A million GPUs wired together. A brute-force attempt to scale intelligence itself.
The capital required to do this is staggering. Forty to sixty billion dollars for one cluster. And yet this is just one experiment.
This is the scale of ambition in AI right now. It is not about incremental software. It is about rewiring the fundamental limits of what machines can learn and know.
MINISTRY... YOUNGER PEOPLE
Every year, during MiS, we invite an elder to teach and minister to us. We seek to learn from their experience acquired over decades of walking with the Lord. We expect them to tell us a lot of how they've seen God's word play out. Experience.
I see younger ministers trying to do the same a lot these days. I see people starting out in ministry focusing on 'firing people up' to make an impact, or to pray prayers, or to be disciplined. It is very effective, short-term. It may even be some form of spirit-coated motivational exercise unto good works. I get it. But I think it is inappropriate. Leave that work for elders. And do it very sparingly. If you are young, bury your life in the scripture. Exegesis. Hermeneutics. These should be your obsession.
Teach the scriptures. Expound it. Teach it raw. Let stories and illustrations be scanty in your delivery. Aim for naked mastery of the word. No toppings, no garnishing. If you are young, you don't have the breadth and the luxury for that sort of unhinged, even if fiery protocol. Yrs, i know that it is tempting to go that exciting route, because it usually sparks prayer. Young audiences go ga-ga at such deliveries and it might even make you popular. But your soul, your soul, o man of God, will be lean. Your asernal will have petrol, but not rocks. Your word-store will be emasculated, and your doctrine will be flippant and emotional.
You will start to depend on 'inspiration' a lot, and you will start to commit doctrinal blunders frequently.
You may have fire. But you will lack wood to keep that fire burning. Your ministry will spark people, but will hardly ground them. We build with doctrine, unembelished doctrine.
If you are young, leave the elders to 'speak', leave 'talk' for them. If you are young, labour in the word, in doctrine. Let those who hear you be burdened with untempered excavations from the word. Be meaty. Just keep at the word. Stay with scriptures. Let most of your statements be clear explication of the text of scripture before you.
I will say more later. And when I do, I will still end with this paraphrase from a wise man: learn to read the lines before attempting to read between the lines. Till then, stay with the 'lines'.

This is our most important series yet, in my view.
So, while I don't normally post flyers here, I want to invite you to join us, every Tuesday evening, fir this one, as we examine the FUNDAMENTALS OF OUR FAITH, using the scheme in Heb 6.
Today edition begins in 1 minute.
In priesthood, the act of response to the summons and burdens in the heart of God is not possible until a life and posture of holiness is fully attained in the priest.
The life of the priest must be considered as a drink offering poured out unto the Lord; in obedience and fulfilment of his will.
We put a seal to this series tomorrow, Wednesday 31st July, by 4pm.
Join us onsite and online.
"These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off were assured of them, embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. For those who say such things declare plainly that they seek a homeland. And truly, if they had called to mind that country from which they had come out, they would have had opportunity to return." Hebrews 11:13-15
CLARIFYING ANATHEMA
You should avoid some people, no matter what they teach.
You should avoid some teachings, no matter who teaches them.
I deal with issues, and sometimes, I name names. Personally, when I start calling someone's name, it is most likely because I believe they should be avoided, irrespective of what they teach.
A wrong teacher should be corrected. But a false teacher should be avoided wholesale, even on the occasions when he teaches something right.

A TALE OF APOSTLE PAUL & APOSTLE PETER , PETER OF NIGERIA.
Location: Antioch.
PAUL, to Apostle Peter-of-Nigeria:
My brother, stop it. This is absolutely wrong of you. You have been eating with these our Gentile brethren because you know it is the right thing to do. But when these Jews from James arrived from Jerusalem, you stopped eating with our Gentile brethren out of fear. This is hypocrisy, bro, and it's beneath you. Stop it at once.
APOSTLE PETER of Nigeria:
"Ehm, Paul. Let me ask you a few questions: Have you walked on water before? Has bread multiplied in your hands before? Were you on the Mount of Transfiguration to see the Lord in His transfigured glory? How old are you in the faith? Have you seen Jesus weep in your life before? Were you the one to whom the Lord said: 'upon this rock I will build my church'? In your ministry, have you seen 3,000 people come to faith after a single sermon? Have you ever been brought out of jail supernaturally by a ranking angel? Has iron gate leading into a city opened before you of its own accord, ever before?
Paul, when you have done at least half of the things I have done and seen half of the things I've seen and experienced, you may be qualified to correct me. The fact that God is showing you small-small rhema does not mean we are mates. Even if I need correction, it can not be coming from you. Don't you have respect for your seniors in the anointing? Yes, you have some following now, but we are not mates."
And this is how Peter completely deflects and refuses to attend to the substance of Paul's concern and correction.
Peter-of-Nigeria is an endemic, blackmailing, petty species. A colossal liability to the church! And his followers, his minions, contaminated by, and steeped in his irrational 'braggry' make it doubly difficult then to call Pater-of-Nigeria to order. The minions, zombinized by African traditional christianity, will call for your head if you as much as suggest that their pope might be out of order, even when he clearly has gone off the rails. The pope is naked. But the minions..!
And, while there is an ideal way to correct elderly/popular/prominent/rich preachers, the way to correct them can not swallow up the fact that they can and should be corrected.
For the sake of Christ's body, even when we think a correction misses the way it should be done, we must uphold the correction, centralise it and insist on it, while – as a marginal enterprise – we also correct 'the way' the 'correcters' went about correcting the preacher.
But then, the minions!
