@ThreeUKSupport Still no word on a fix. I know with everything else going on it all seems suddenly less important but it’s an ongoing issue that is seemingly taking an age to fix will no communication at all. An update would be much appreciated.

It'll take forever to download the updates but once it's done you can switch back to 4G.
