A July 5, 2022 IRCC Memo to the Deputy Minister states that IRCC's goal was to issue 1,500 invitations to Express Entry on July 6, 2022, and then increase biweekly invitations by 250 until they reach 4,250 by December. Ultimately, they were able to increase by 500 instead.
