God made him die during the course of a hundred years and then He revived him and said: "How long have you been here?"
"A day, or part of a day," he replied.
@soft_fox_lad@VivianKesandre@pcdkd@testpatterns_ of course radio degrades the quality but are you arguing that it’s pointless to use a lossless file over some compressed file on YouTube? Compression affects the entire range of frequencies so even if the range of 15khz and above was obliterated by radio it still matters
@soft_fox_lad@VivianKesandre@pcdkd@testpatterns_ Where do you think radio stations get the songs from? If the sign is talking about how “YouTube quality is bunk” they’re obviously comparing it to higher quality methods…. like CDs or lossless files. And you can see CDs in the picture.
@soft_fox_lad@VivianKesandre@pcdkd@testpatterns_ the original post is obviously talking about compressed songs on YouTube compared to lossless files or playing from uncompressed cds. I think it’s incredibly pretentious to start talking about theoreticals of “sources” that preserve one range of frequencies & not another
@Petulant_Intel@bufordsharkley@VivianKesandre because sometimes it's nice to hear new music from a real person, especially from someone heavily involved with the local scene, opposed to an algorithm?
@VivianKesandre "make sure you choose the highest quality source for your radio show"
"wow look at these fucking losers that are enthusiastic about their vocations"
@VivianKesandre@testpatterns_ I don't know why you are being so negative towards people that are obviously passionate about every aspect of their craft
@SheevTalks@w0ruis cinema sins brain. nixon got taken down because a random reporter was friendly with the director of the fbi whom he had met in a waiting room. there is nothing unrealistic about this.
