US/Canada HW3 got it. Korea HW3 got it. Australia HW4 got v14.

Australian HW3 owners are still stuck on the old stack with basically zero explanation from Tesla. We paid for the same product too.

I’d be so fucking pissed if Tesla is holding back FSD v14.1 Lite for AU HW3 just to align it with the Cybercab event or another announcement.

HW3 already has it overseas. AU HW4 has v14.

If it suddenly drops around a Tesla event, the timing will say a lot.

On 6 Nov 2025, @TeslaAUNZ told Australian owners v14 Lite for HW3 was “probably expected in Q2 next year.”

Q2 has passed. v14 Lite now runs on HW3 overseas.

Timelines slip. But when they do, customers deserve an update.
