Ur bank @KotakBankLtd is refusing to honor a charge back req raised by @MyIndusIndBank & asking for beneficiary account details for a UPI transaction, when it’s not available with Indus.
Pls direct the concerned to help consumers & not cheat them

Both banks are busy passing responsibility on the other.
I don’t think they wish to resolve
@MyIndusIndBank has no concern for its customer & @KotakBankLtd is trying to unjustly enrich its customer who has got 70k from my account. Sad situation
Will take them to court

@MyIndusIndBank What dm? @KotakBankLtd is asking for beneficiary account details, you are sending me UPI transaction details. @KotakBankLtd is making excuse that they r not able to identify beneficiary account from it. So I don’t know who is making false excuses but one of u is.

But hav been informed by @MyIndusIndBank that you are not taking any action on it.
That’s not acceptable. Kindly arrange refund asap.
