My overall takeaway is that there is no best way to approach blended learning. whether you use the flipped classroom, the station rotation, or any model in between, as long as you are doing what is best for your students' learning, that's what matters

what i found interesting about pt 2 of BLIA was the differences between Personalization, Differentiation & Individualization. each has their own strengths but it seems like personalization is more beneficial bc it's student driven

PBL is really cool because students are given the freedom to innovate within the scope of attempting to reach a formalized goal. i also like the analogy of helping students become chefs (individual thinkers) vs cooks (convention followers)

A3: i definitely agree. since a leader is someone who should be working to find the best way to approach a problem or situation, they have to be open to making changes and learning new methods. incorporating new perspectives is the pathway to success.

A2: leadership can take many forms and a title is not necessary for it to happen. as long as there are passionate people working towards achieving a goal or helping others, then that is a form of leadership

A1: I think a leader should be dedicated, dependable, and adaptable. they should care about what they are doing and be willing to make changes to meet their goals. as for teacher leaders, the same things apply, but i think their goals are student driven
