@sonicgott If you’re having rice noodles and the broth isn’t oily with that yellow coloration, you’re not having a fresh housemade broth.

@sonicgott That’s closer to hu tieu rather than pho. Pho should have a more transparent broth. It’s also concerning how yellow it is. If it’s chicken pho, that’s either strong coloration by noodles if you’re having egg noodles, lot of fat from the chicken, or they used a pho bouillon cube.
