@ELBordeaux I assume they're all run by one vendor (like Sodexho) so they can centralize security checks, etc. So even if it were a local name, it'd be prepared by a chain in the end (less attentive to those charming choices that make a place a place)
@TeddyGreenstein Have experienced this once (United DCA->ORD) and wondered about the people who, in the intervening 30 minutes, left TSA bubble, were on their way home, and couldn't get back in in time.
