@FauxPasFox Yep in general pre-prepared foods are covered in way more fats than the body needs. Or often times just the wrong types. Most people aren’t getting near enough protein for either growing or maintaining lean tissue long-term.
@OncidiumCake Nutrition coach. I’d aim for good fibers as well as complete amino plants. Soy is going to be your best bet there. But also things like buckwheat and quinoa. Closer to body weight lbs in g of protein, daily, the better.
