@CalSleeper Very disappointed to find that the blind to our window is broken (won’t stay up) so we can’t see the Scottish countryside, and our headrests are not supportive so it’ll be harder to sleep comfortably. Train manager apologetic but can’t do anything but say sorry

@WMmetro Hi, I need an all day zone 1-4 ticket but there doesn’t seem to be that option on the ticket machine at Blacklake? I need to get shopping from Wolverhampton, come home and go to work in Birmingham this afternoon. I can get a return ticket either way but not to cover both
