@CMukungunugwa@0161FLYBOY For exposing your desperately poor judgement on the content you post without any regard as to the veracity. Some call it defamation, but you can call it by any other descriptive term that tickles your fancy.
Want to lose 50 lbs in 6 months?
You don’t need brutal cardio or extreme diets.
You need a daily system that burns fat, protects muscle, and builds discipline.
Here’s the 10-step fat-loss blueprint I’ve used to help 700+ professionals lose belly fat for good: 🧵
On the left is today’s front page of the Daily News in Zimbabwe, featuring a declaration from Zimbabwe’s Justice Minister, Ziyambi Ziyambi, stating that the corrupt dictator Emmerson Mnangagwa will rule Zimbabwe until 2030, when he will be 92 years old.
On the right is a Zimbabwean road between Binga and Dete, showing the infrastructure decay in this once great country.
This declaration, which comes after Members of Parliament were bribed with land and some opposition leaders paid off to keep quiet, means that Zimbabwe will remain a basket case until a group of solid Zimbabweans stand up, say NO, and lead from the front to stop this madness.
ZANUPF will never be bothered by tweets and social media posts, as it is immune to shame and common sense; it will only respond to the language it understands, pressure.
To achieve real progress, a more concerted and organised effort is necessary, potentially involving demonstrations, strikes, or other forms of collective action that can apply pressure on the government and force it to respond to the needs and demands of the Zimbabwean people.
🔸Your biggest fear when you’re in jail is that people will forget your plight. When your lawyer, family or friends visit, your first question to them is - vanhu varikuti chii?
In the confidential interview room or space, you ask your lawyer if you can see their phone to see whether there’s any solidarity. For this reason, it’s important for us not to forget Dhara @bbmhlanga’s plight. Let’s continue to demand his freedom because journalism is not a crime. Our Constitution protects media freedom.

We need new leaders. #FreeBlessedMhlanga🇿🇼
The further detention of Zimbabwean journalist Blessed Mhlanga for another two days is not just scandalous, but a huge embarrassment and a blot on our country by Mnangagwa’s regime!
He was arrested because his employer, HSTV, aired a press briefing by war veteran Blessed Geza.
It is ridiculous because Blessed is neither the CEO nor the owner of HSTV.
The video below shows part of the absurd court process today.
Please RETWEET so others can see what we always say about the abuse of the police and judiciary by this discredited regime! Embarrassing stuff!
How can you send an anti-terrorism officer to deal with a journalism issue, so petty and unprofessional.
This is well choreographed, we know what will happen next if there is no revulsion, they will deny him bail. So sad.

@nickmangwana Dear Nick, there is nothing unlawful about people demonstrating. There is nothing treasonous about a mere public protest. Please get it through your thick skull

As crookED Emmerson prepares to welcome regional leaders to Harare, he does so against a backdrop of violence, intimidation, torture, and repression targeting activists, trade unionists, and political opponents.
Some of his victims include:
- Robson Chere, a trade unionist who was tortured for eight hours at Robert Mugabe International Airport.
- Namatai Kwekweza, a young female activist who was abducted from a plane.
- A mother with a one-year-old child, who is currently in jail.
- Seventy-eight political activists, led by Jameson Timba, who are also imprisoned.
As crookED Emmerson rolls out the red carpet for the SADC leaders, beneath it lies the blood of pro-democracy activists who have been beaten and tortured over the past month.
The world and these SADC leaders must be aware of this!
The stark contrast between the pomp and ceremony of the SADC summit and the brutal reality of human rights abuses occurring in Zimbabwe is jarring.
Alex Magaisa when asked about the military coup d’etat of 2017 by the BBC said “ We don’t know maybe today they are permissive of the public to fill the streets and demonstrate because they are doing so in their favour, in the future they might change & become brutal to the same civilians who are supporting them today “ … here we are today, it is happening in our lifetime ~RIP Musaigwa

Crooked Emmerson is at it again.
His secret service thugs have surrounded the home of teacher’s union leader Obert Masaraure, according to the Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights.
Obert Masaraure is the president of The Amalgamated Teachers Union of Zimbabwe (ARTUZ).
His colleague and secretary general of ARTIZ, Robeson Chero, was pulled from a plane last week and severely tortured by Crooked Emmerson’s secret service thugs at Robert Mugabe International Airport. Doctors have said the torture injuries might lead to permanent kidney damage.
Crooked Emmerson is on a rampage, ordering the arrests of political activists, opposition members, and civil society leaders.
It is crucial for the international community to closely monitor the situation and hold the Zimbabwean government and Crooked Emmerson accountable for any violations of human rights or attacks on civil society.
The safety and well being of individuals like Masaraure must be protected, and the rights of workers to organize and bargain collectively must be respected and upheld.
Crooked Emmerson’s spokesperson, George Charamba, said they have the ability to kill.
Zimbabwean state agents have arrested the President of the Zimbabwe National Students Union, Emmanuel Sitima, at Robert Mugabe International Airport.
He was grabbed by ten state agents who took him to an unknown location.
The corrupt regime in Zimbabwe has embarked on a crackdown against civil society and pro-democracy activists ahead of the SADC summit starting on the 17th of August.
This incident, coupled with the reported crackdown on civil society and pro-democracy activists, indicates a worrying trend of repression and disregard for basic human rights in the country.
The timing of these arrests and torture, just days before the SADC summit, suggests that the Zimbabwean government is attempting to silence critical voices and hinder the free exchange of ideas during this important regional meeting.
ED is conceited. People don’t have to protest against him when SADC comes. I would waste no calories on him but simply DAILY welcome SADC leaders with placards emblazoned with messages of my envy for my neighbours for having CORRUPT FREE, competent & democratic leaders. Chete!
Phillis Pikitai is still behind bars - simply for peacefully pleading for the release of her disabled husband, Ronald Hondongwa, who’s not receiving the care in prison his disability requires. She’s back in court tomorrow at 11:00. She deserves our solidarity. Please RETWEET.
